Candace Mogavero, President and Founder of the RTBCA. Candace is one of the first enthusiast to import the Bolonka into the United States in 2000. Later with other enthusiast started a pedigree database and eventually starting the first Bolonka Club.

Natalie Armitage, Vice President. She purchased her first Bolonka in 2005. Natalie is a vital member of the club. She is a member of the newsletter committee acting as the Editor. Natalie is dedicated to the preservation of the Bolonka.

Debby Buse, RTBCA Treasurer. Breeder/Owner of Sapphire Dream Bolonkas. Debby started in Bolonka in 2009. She is an AKC Breeder of Merit. Debby has been an active member for several years and has assisted in the execution of several National Specialties and is active in several committees. Debby is dedicated to the preservation of the Bolonka.

Kathleen Gilbert of Khaos Kennels began her journey with the Bolonka in 2018 with Denise Dang as a partner and handler of the Bolonka. Participating in the organization and execution of several National Specialties and Meet the Breed events. Thus assisting in the acceptance of the breed to AKC.
She is dedicated to the preservation of the Bolonka as we know it today.
