RTBCA makes no warranty or guarantees about any breeder or the puppies from any breeder.
The RTBCA recommends that prospective Bolonka owners ask the breeder about Guarantees, contracts, and age-appropriate health testing.
Breeders should also provide an AKC Registration Certificate or Litter Certificate and/or assist in getting all Bolonkas registered with the AKC so that dogs can be transferred to the new owner in AKC records to help the breed meet the qualifications as we move toward full recognition.
The RTBCA has made world history. The Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka has been fully accepted by the American Kennel Club with an effective date of 12.31.2025 making the American Kennel Club the only National All Breed registry to accept the breed fully allowing it to compete for points within the Toy Group.
